Members and Visitors to St Patrick’s Golf Club are advised that the club has a complaints procedure in place for dealing with complaints.
Complaints MUST be made in writing and a complaints form is available to download here.The form is also available from the office, bar and professional shop.
The completed form should be returned to the office or handed to an Officer of the Club or Member of Council. Except in exceptional circumstances, only written complaints received within 7 days of the date of the alleged incident will be considered further.
