Members and Visitors to St Patrick’s Golf Club are advised that the club has in place a complaints procedure for dealing confidentially with expressions of dissatisfaction regarding any incident witnessed within the club premises/ grounds or any aspect of the operations of the club felt to be unacceptable.
Complaints MUST be made in writing and to assist in this regard a Complaint Form is now available to download. The form is also available from the Office, Bar and Pro Shop.
The Complaint Form shall be returned to the Office or handed to an Officer of the Club or Member of Council. Except in exceptional circumstances, only written complaints received within 7 days of the date of the alleged incident alleged incident will be considered further.
